Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy (F Performance Research)

At F Performance Research, we work hard to get your order packed accurately and shipped quickly. Please read the details below so you know what to expect regarding shipping timelines, delivery issues, and our returns/refunds rules.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed (not the day you place the order). Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: generally 2–5 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: available at checkout where offered

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders (when available/advertised on the site). If you want, tell me your exact rule (example: “free shipping on all orders, no minimum”) and I’ll lock the wording to match.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it once the correct address is confirmed, but additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If you prefer a refund instead, any original shipping costs (if paid) may be non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided. If your package shows delivered but you don’t have it:

  • Check around the property, with household members, and with neighbors/building staff
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • Email us and we’ll help you with next steps

In some cases, we may require a carrier claim to be filed before we can consider a replacement.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging/label
    We’ll review and, if approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation and inventory.

Returns Policy

Research-Use Products (Important)

Because our products may be temperature-sensitive and/or require strict handling, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items.

Return Eligibility (If Accepted)

If a return is approved, it must meet all conditions:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • Item is returned in resalable condition

If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, the return may be refused or subject to a partial credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items without original seals/packaging
  • Items marked final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Items suspected of improper storage/handling after delivery

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, confirmed defect, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t be responsible for packages lost in return transit.

Refunds Policy

Refund Method & Timing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Approved returns received and inspected
  • Orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation window (below)
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled (rare, but possible)

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not entered fulfillment/shipping, we can usually cancel it.
  • Once an order is packed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

Incorrect / Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. If confirmed, we’ll make it right.
